Behind the Scenes at Niagarafied

I’m really starting to get the fact that things happen when they’re meant to.

Take this project, for example. It’s been in the works since last September – yep, September. My original plan was to have it up for the launch of my new site back in January.

As you can see, I’m a little bit late.

But as they always say, better late than never.

So here it is – it’s an introductory video clip. This one takes you behind the scenes with me on some of my days out, showcases some of my favourite spots in the region, and gives an overview of just what Niagarafied is all about.

This project wouldn’t have happened without the help of some terrific people. I want to send out a huge thank you to everyone at:

Westcott Vineyards, Creekside Estate Winery, In the Smoke Cookery, Stratus Vineyards, Inn on the Twenty, Tintern on Main, De La Terre Cafe + Bakery, Kenneth Lane Smith Gallery, The Exchange Brewery, and Orzo Restaurant.

I also want to give a big shout out to the very talented Andrea Chan, who filmed and edited all of the footage. Not only did she do a great job, but she was such fun to work with in spite of all the rescheduling due to weather, my dislocated finger saga, and just general Ken and Jo fussiness.

And last but most definitely not least – many, many thanks to all of you for reading and watching! I truly appreciate your support over these last few years.
